Thuduc House serves several audiences whose needs cannot be collapsed into a normal company website: homebuyers, business partners, job candidates, shareholders and people looking for official disclosures.
Separate stable identity from changing obligations
Corporate history and business activities provide the long-lived story. News, recruitment and investor documents change more frequently and follow their own publishing and cache rules.
Next.js server components fetch typed data from Directus. Each domain has its own resolver, fallback content and cache tags, so a new disclosure does not require rebuilding unrelated pages. A secured Directus webhook invalidates only the content that changed.
The bilingual route tree includes five business activities, news, recruitment and a deep investor-relations structure for disclosures, governance, reports and general meetings. Rich text is sanitized, documents remain first-class assets and structured metadata supports corporate search visibility.
The important outcome is resilience: the site can continue presenting essential information if the CMS is temporarily unavailable, while corporate teams still retain control over the content that must stay current.
