Yuvado connects Canadian buyers with Vietnamese suppliers, but “marketplace” only describes part of the problem. Ready stock in Calgary and factory-direct production in Vietnam follow different rules, timelines and risks.

Two purchasing models that must not collide

A ready-stock order reserves finite Canadian inventory and can move quickly to fulfilment. A factory-direct order begins with an RFQ, becomes a negotiated landed-cost proposal and only proceeds after agreement and escrow funding. Mixing those items in one cart would create an operational mess, so the product keeps the two contexts visibly separate.

Yuvado Canada and Vietnam trade proposition
Before asking a buyer to submit an RFQ, the public experience explains Yuvado’s role between Canadian demand and Vietnamese supply.

The transaction continues after checkout

The buyer storefront, vendor portal and Medusa backend coordinate RFQs, negotiation, orders, inventory, escrow and account state. Suppliers manage products and fulfilment; buyers review costs and progress; administrators approve sensitive changes.

Trade controls—HS codes, CPTPP eligibility, shipping documents and immutable activity logs—are part of the workflow rather than paperwork added later. Human approval is intentionally recorded because the platform also needs to demonstrate active operational management for IRCC governance.

The result is not a conventional online shop. It is a controlled B2B trade process where inventory origin, negotiated cost, compliance and responsibility remain visible.

Result

Delivered coordinated buyer, vendor, and commerce-backend products for a full B2B transaction lifecycle.
