USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

According to Facebook policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.

Method 1: Automatic Deletion

Currently, the system does not store personal data long-term. Chat context will be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.

If you want to ensure all information related to your PSID is permanently deleted, please follow these steps:

Go to Settings & Privacy on Facebook > Settings.
Find "Apps and Websites".
Find the app "thanhnn.dev's Chat Bot" and click "Remove".
Or send a data deletion request email directly to: contact@thanhnn.dev. We will perform manual deletion within 24h.
